National Dog Day is upon us! What are you doing to celebrate on August 26th?

Will your pup be pampered or are you clueless on what to even do?

Let us suggest some cute things to spoil your pup (just like everyday, but now you have an excuse) ..... It’s ok we all do it!

1. Easy DIY Dog treats

Super easy, fun and we can eat them too!

That’s the best part. Share some of these yummy 4 ingredient dog treats with your fur baby.

They will love them and so will you!

What you’ll need:

  • 2 Ripe Bananas, mashed
  • 3 cups & 2 Tbsp. old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter

Check out the video on how to make! Then... Pit it for later!

2. Treat them to some new toys, bones, beds & outfits!

Is it just me or do you like getting your dog new things?

Another cute idea to make Fido feel special is some new gear.

Nothing screams crazy dog person like a cute little dress or shirt with a ridiculous quote on it. Even treating them to a new and improved bed or some yummy rawhides, antlers or chew toys is nice! My favorite place to get the chews is Pet Club.

They have a great selection! Bring your pup in with you and let them pick them out, you can even have them try out some new beds.

3.Let them enjoy the day at Doggie Daycare!

Let them hang with some friends! If you don’t get out much with your pup, treat them to a day at our Doggie Daycare!

As long as they are dog friendly, people friendly and up to date on all required vaccinations - they are welcome to join!

We start the day off with a training session of your choice; obedience or swimming. Then the best part….PLAYGROUP!

One full hour of supervised socialization & play-  with toys, games and even a playground!

Normally $50 for the entire day, but for National Dog Day we are offering 10% off on Friday August 26th only!

4. Spa Day Anyone?

Who doesn’t like a Spa Day?! This is the ultimate way to pamper your pet!

Let them leave feeling clean, smelly good and happy! We suggest a bath, brush, nail trim, haircut and maybe even a little blow pen art work to leave them looking oh so cute!

We recommend Dolittle’s Pet Spa – Groomer Lindsey Brookes in Goodyear! She loves making pets look perfect!

And for the East side we recommend See Spot Shop in Scottsdale - Pinnacle Peak & Pima Road and the Summit At Scottsdale.
